Automotive Repair Services
All repair estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional repairs may be recommended if further issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair.
Customer authorization may be required before additional work is performed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We reserve the right to retain possession of a vehicle as permitted by California law until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at our facility after completion of repairs may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles abandoned on our premises may be handled in accordance with applicable California laws.
Parts and Warranties
Warranty coverage, if offered, will be provided in writing. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, racing activities, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications performed by third parties.
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nunez Motorsports & Performance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, photographs, content, and materials displayed on our website are the property of Nunez Motorsports & Performance unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
